Families and Carers

Applications for camp are available under the ‘Members’ section of this site, as well as being sent to all financial members at the start of every school term.

Please ensure your applications are received by the due date as selections are conducted promptly after this date.

Once selections are complete, all applicants will receive a letter notifying them of the outcome.

Volunteers

Availabilities forms are available under the ‘Volunteers’ section of this site, as well as being sent to all current leaders each term.

You can notify us of you availability for any camp in the coming year. If you are no longer available for the camp you nominated for it is essential you let us know ASAP, otherwise we cannot replace you and the places for the children will be cancelled.
